WALK THE WORLD 4 ENDO - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions for participation the event known as Walk the World 4 Endo [“the walk”]. 

1. I understand that the walk is a virtual month-long walk.  I can walk as an individual or as a team.  I decide how often and how much I walk.  I walk and fundraise as much and as often as works for me.  I acknowledge that walk is a fundraising event and I commit to raising money to go towards advocacy, education and research to improve the lives of all those living with Endo.
   
   
2. I understand that I can register by going to the Walk the World 4 Endo registration pack – Endo Help Australia and enter the Register here now icon.  Once I register, I can purchase the Endo Registration Pack. Once I purchase the Endo Registration Pack, I will be given a link to enable me to Sign up, and which will allow me to set up a Just Giving Page, so I can start fundraising.
   
   
3. Once I sign up, I agree to be bound by the Just Giving’s Terms of Service, which are contained within the website JustGiving’s Terms of Service, including those provisions under the heading “Donations”.
   
   
4. I understand that I can also view the JustGiving’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy on the same website. 
   
   
5. I agree that my decision to participate in the walk is my own choice and I voluntarily accept all risks involved in participation in the walk.  
   
   
6. I accept and agree that it is entirely my decision whether to seek medical advice prior to participating in the walk.
    
7. I hereby waive any and all claims, rights of action, causes of action, or other entitlements to commence proceedings against the Endo Help Foundation, for any loss that I may suffer arising out of my participation in the walk, including loss resulting from my death, personal injury, and any other loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, which results from any negligent act or otherwise of the Endo Help Foundation, their directors, officers, agents, employees, servants or authorised representatives, or any other party involved in the walk.
